How "Make an Offer" Works (And How to Get It Accepted)

Most of our listings have a "Make an Offer" button next to "Buy Now" for a reason: on resale, list price is usually a starting point, not a rule. Here's how the offer flow actually works on our site.

How to submit an offer

  1. Open any product card and click Make an Offer.
  2. Enter the price you'd like to pay, along with the size you need.
  3. Submit it — every offer is reviewed by hand, not an algorithm.
  4. You'll get an email either way, whether it's accepted, countered, or declined.

What we actually look at

We weigh a few things when an offer comes in: how far it is from list price, how long that pair has been sitting in the catalog, and current demand for that specific size and SKU. A fresh drop in a hot size is less likely to move on price than something that's been listed a few weeks.

Tips that actually help your offer

What happens after acceptance

If your offer is accepted, you'll get a checkout link at the agreed price and the item is held for you while you complete payment. No surprises at checkout — the price you agreed to is the price you pay.
