We want you to be happy with what you buy from Shopwithmesafely. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available.

Damaged, Defective, or Not-as-Described Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@shopwithmesafely.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or a replacement, including return shipping, at your choice.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Most items in our catalog are single, individually sourced pieces (deadstock, retail, or resale). For eligible items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery when the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email contact@shopwithmesafely.com with your order number.

"Make an Offer" Purchases

Every offer is reviewed by hand before it's accepted. Because pricing on these orders is individually negotiated, all sales made through an accepted offer are final, except in cases covered under "Damaged, Defective, or Not-as-Described Items" above.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@shopwithmesafely.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps within 1–2 business days.
